GBAmazing customer service! Amazing customer service!! I ordered a product and they had to refund me because they didn’t have it in stock. Then they found 3 and emailed me and texted me to be sure I was aware and able to receive them. They mailed them out that day and I received them 3 days later. They had to change the availability online for me to be able to order. And they were so kind and friendly!! They are wonderful!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️

GBI like the quality of the hair I like the quality of the hair, and the price point is unbelievable! I did send an email prior to ordering because I was unsure of the color of the first wig I purchased. It turned out to be the wrong color. I didn't receive an answer, so that wasn't the most inspiring aspect in dealing with a new company for me. I managed to make the color work for me. In the end, I'm happy with my purchases, but I do think they should be responsive to customer inquiries.

GBShopping Takes Too Long & is Expensive Ordered on the 21st and still have not received and ups says I should receive by Monday the 1st. I wanted them by Easter the 31st, I am very disappointed at how long shipping takes as much as it cost!! Ridiculous, I’ll order from a different place next time. Ok I got the reply and all it has is the tracking number which is not helpful because it shows the same thing, I won’t get the package until the 1st. So it takes about 11 days when it should be 2-3 days. Why so long?
