Poor Quality I received two closure that was defective. The hair was of poor quality. I reached out to the company and they refused a refund. They told me to comb the hair and put water and oil on it. The hair looked patchy like it had a ball spot. I would not recommend this company. They are fraudulent!!!!

Deliver was quick and the order was… Deliver was quick and the order was accurate- the hair arrived in a nice green velvet bag- installed last night- so far, so good. I personally didn't like the ends, and just trimmed them off; they really wanted to tangle. I probably should have ordered 16" or 18", not 14" depending on how this hair wears, if I reorder, I'll get it longer.

Synthetic Hair not human hair I purchased 3 Bundles 20 inches to due a sew in for a client that had limited funds. After getting the so called 💯 percent human hair, I co washed it in lukewarm water and conditioner. The same conditioner I use on my own hair but anyway. I noticed that the was a lot of hair dye coming out and red fibers in the hair. After that brush it gently with a demy brush some shedding but not a lot. With the shredded damp hair I did a burn test and it burned so fast I almost burned my fingers. I spent 120.00 dollars on Synthetic hair. BEWARE of the site.

DEPENDABLE This is my second time ordering from queen hair and it's the great customer service and communication for me. I get the kinky straight hair because it blends well with my natural hair. The bundles are soft, long lasting, and barely shed. Good stuff!!!
