Well what can I say, AMAZING! Well what can I say, AMAZING! I had never ordered or even heard of OQ hair before, but I was watching videos on YT on another company but saw OQ hair on a suggested video. I was drawn to it because the texture (water wave) looked exactly like the hair texture I wanted. I watched quite a few unsponsored videos, so decided to take the plunge. The hair is beautiful, customer service is unmatched (not just for a wig company, but FULLSTOP), and even me having a small issue with my adjustable band in the wig, they resolved it for me straight away. I order a 9x6 glueless wig and was relatively pleased with the fit (I have a low hairline and long side burns so I have to adjust the cap and cut off lace from every wig I get unfortunately, however this one is definitely the best fitting I have tried on for anything with more lace than a 5x5). The company is VERY receptive with suggestions and I would be more than happy to work with them to make out the box wig a true reality for us low hairline girlies! If you have any concerns or questions, PLEASE speak to them, they definitely will help you to the best of their abilities (I can attest this myself). My new permanent hair shop for sure!
