The Best Decision Ever! My experience with NT was the best decision ever! A year ago my husband and I, after much prayer and research found NT in Ft. Lauderdale FL. From the beginning to the end our experience was phenomenal! Dr. Seigel and his team performed my procedure. They were professional, kind, and compassionate. I am an AA female and experienced alopécica due to tight braids, relaxer etc. Once my procedure was done, Dr. Seigel followed my progress the entire year. Thank you Dr Thank you Dr. Blumenthal. From start to finish this entire process was seamless. Speaking to Dr. Blumenthal before the procedure to answer all questions was extremely helpful. During the procedure he kept me as comfortable as possible. We talked and I watched movies. After the procedure the doctor and his staff called several times to confirm I was doing well and that I was clear about the steps of aftercare. His professionalism was off the charts.

Exceptional performance and servive This experience was amazing from start to finish. Dr. Blumenthal and his team were very accommodating and knowledgeable about the entire process. They checked on me frequently and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure and after. Clean office, polite staff. They were thorough and very precise. I am so thankful for Dr. Blumenthal and his team for making this experience as easy as possible.

Unclear and confusing communication I had such a bizarre experience with Natural Transplants recently. I had two consultations with Dr. Blumenthal (one virtual and one in person) and one follow-up conversation after I decided to pay a deposit for the procedure. In every conversation, I was reassured that our expectations were aligned and that Natural Transplants would be able to give me the results I wanted. Following these conversations, I paid my deposit, scheduled my appointment, made the financial arrangements, and took the necessary time off from work. 10 days before my scheduled procedure, Jerry, the sales representative, called me and told me that after a subsequent conversation with Dr. Blumenthal, they thought that I should hold off on getting the procedure due to "nervousness and anxiousness." He kept repeating this phrase and circling any real answer. I ended up canceling the procedure. Do I think I was nervous and anxious, yes, but not necessarily more so than the average patient who is about to get a permanent procedure? I believe I asked the appropriate questions and felt reassured by the answers Dr. Blumenthal provided. In hindsight, I do think he was just trying to tell me what I wanted to hear and later backtracked and blamed it on me. Additionally, their "HUE" procedure is just a rebranded FUT that they charge a FUE price (I was quoted $10k for a "35cm2 strip containing 6,000 hair follicles"). Do not waste your time with these guys, they are super cagey and not transparent in their communication.
