Great customer support 1) Free trial feature should be improved - after 2 hours of building a book you try to download it and receive a notification that work will be lost unless you pay for a month subscription. Must be clear in advance. 2) Had some aspect with payment, Customer service resolved it within minutes - that part was nice above expectations.

My learners greatly appreciate the searchable feature to find answers, Learners are spending more time in the global reference library (MS Team Page) to find the answers they need.
