Loss of leads and poor customer service We are a vehicle dealer, and were promised a price per month. 1. They did not honor that price and charged us the amount that we did not agree on, also to mention we never got payment confirmation. 2. They are very difficult to get ahold of, at first they talk you through everything, then when I tried to contact all three of the people I was speaking to, via email as well as direct phone to ask questions and get help regarding many concerns, I could not get ahold of anyone and when I did, I never got direct answers from any of them. 3. I asked three times for a receipt of the charges they charged my card for, which I never got confirmation/receipt of, and had to call back many times just to try and get a receipt, as well as request for refund which they claimed I was going to get an email for as well. Still have not got either four tries later. 4. This caused not only delays in our business as well as loss of customers, but is very stressful when you cannot even get a receipt and a call and/or email back. 5. This software actually made our leads go down significantly.

Amazing dealer relationships … I’ve been a customer V12 software since 2009. In fact, both my dealerships have. V12 is great company to do business with hands-down, best app and website that pays for itself on your first car deal.

Helps us with the Facebook postings so… Helps us with the Facebook postings so we don't have to worry bout it. Brings in a good amount of messages from customers. The staff is nice as well, if they notice your app isnt working, they will call to get it fixed. Hanna calls often to check in.

I'm very please with v12 software so… I'm very please with v12 software so far and the FBMP app is making it easier for us to post automatically in the FBMP . but most impressed with the level of customer support i have received from Hannah . she is very knowledgeable in the software . working with her has made my transition from cars for sale to V12 easy and pleasant ..
