They Can't Even Complete One Children's Book I have been working on a book with them since November 2023. A no brainer children's book. They continuously ignore emails, texts, voicemail, unless they are asking for MORE MONEY. Apparently, it's the only way to get through to them. We are on final stages and they have misplaced the last edit (2nd time), and just plain ol ignore my attempts to complete this project. When they thought they could seal the deal for a second book, they would respond immediately. I'm so tired of this. I requested to complete the project or refund all the monies they have requested and I have paid for in full. If anyone knows how to help me resolve this, please let me know. Thank you.

From the first email I sent to this… From the first email I sent to this publishing company, it was a pleasant experience. I received a prompt email in return and scheduled a phone meeting with the Am manager. They were incredibly professional and helpful and treated me like I was the most important client they had. I had never written a book before, and they were patient and encouraging. It’s been an incredibly positive experience with them.

Unprofessional and lack of follow through I purchased a book promo package in May 2023 for my new book to be executed over 3 months for $2000. It has now been almost 6 months( as I’m updating this now Nov 21) and I am not able to obtain specific information as they keep shuffling from person to person and none apear to know what is going on with my account. They do not appear to be able to get me in touch with the person in charge. I’ve now gotten the run around for 6 months…so far I still do not know if my marketing campaign is going to run, when, where I can view or any specifics or given any credentials as they promised in July to access. To date nothing has been actually executed as per contract. Most recently, I have now repeatedly requested full refunds for the marketing campaign and the publishing package I’d also prepaid for a new book and these requests have also not been granted. This is the most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with my 45 plus years as a ‘professional’.
