They're absolutely horrible and we started noticing red flags when they're team members were leaving the company without a heads up. The founders ignored us for months even though they read our emails. When they finally responded, they didn't refund our money but only tried to upsell. Really unethical team.

Scam Alert!!! Scam Alert: Do yourself a favor and don't even consider it. Jumper Media has charged my company for almost a full year, provided no service at all and refuses to refund for the months provided no service for. There is nowhere to cancel your subscription on your own and they did not answer emails or calls for months. When we finally got in touch, like another review on here, they try to upsell you once you catch them lol. They would have kept charging forever unless I caught onto this. It's pretty insane. Do not believe the fake 5 star reviews. I have never dealt with anyone more unprofessional in my entire life. Hope this helps someone!
