Good chat help tho product is buggy Chat help has been very helpful but but there are some bugs that've taken a few weeks for the tech team to work through (still ongoing) that caused me to pause my campaign. There are also a lot of nuances the user needs to be aware of to avoid duplicative messages being sent.
