Grateful for the ups and downs, the wins and losses. I had wanted to run a marketing business for a long time. I actually used to work a corporate marketing job and left after experiencing a severe health incident. The DFY Agency program welcomed me with warm arms and gave me the fundamentals. What I chose to do with the fundamentals was on me. The program is best for people who want to do things themselves and who are okay trying multiple offers. I tried multiple offers, niches, and contractors. It took time to find the right product-market fit for my personal goals but I didn't quit. Grateful for the ups and downs, the wins and losses. Mentorship and Partnership This is a long-overdue review of the DFY program, which provides training, various resources, and a very supportive community to agency owners. To scale your agency consistently and profitably while keeping up the quality standard is incredibly difficult. I find it tremendously helpful to have a group of trusted mentors and successful business owners that are WILLING to help you pass any and almost all hurdles you see on your path of growth. Got a pipeline issue? Got a question unique to your situation? Or just want to bounce some ideas off? Ask the program mentors or agency owners who have built multi-million businesses and get fast feedback. The group does a lot for you, but you have to hold yourself accountable to grow your own business. If you're serious about growth and are ready to learn and help others genuinely, you're in the right place.
