Not only do you get the course as a resource, but you are immediately connected with people who are eager to answer questions, make connections, and celebrate your wins. If you’re starting an agency, this program is a great resource to have!

Mentorship and Partnership This is a long-overdue review of the DFY program, which provides training, various resources, and a very supportive community to agency owners. To scale your agency consistently and profitably while keeping up the quality standard is incredibly difficult. I find it tremendously helpful to have a group of trusted mentors and successful business owners that are WILLING to help you pass any and almost all hurdles you see on your path of growth. Got a pipeline issue? Got a question unique to your situation? Or just want to bounce some ideas off? Ask the program mentors or agency owners who have built multi-million businesses and get fast feedback. The group does a lot for you, but you have to hold yourself accountable to grow your own business. If you're serious about growth and are ready to learn and help others genuinely, you're in the right place.

I have worked with the team and… I have worked with the team and purchased their coached package a couple of years back to validate what I was doing with my business idea (creating a digital agency). The team are fantastic. Always responsive, always willing to help, and Tyler in particular has created a great online community of people that are continually helping each other improve and grow. They Didn't Have Time For Me... I contacted this company in September and their sales member Cody explained how their process worked and how much it would cost me. I realized then that I didn't have the budget. However, 4 months later that changed. Wanting to grow, I reached out again to schedule a meeting and revisit the idea of working together. After scheduling a meeting, Nick Manelos, the new sales rep, emailed me and said, "Let me know if you have the funds now and we can hop on the call otherwise reschedule in the future when you have the funds." I assured him that I was aware of the cost and could afford it. Leading up to the meeting I received an email and a text reminding me that I had a meeting with Nick, however, Nick never showed up. I emailed him to see if he was joining, or If we needed to reschedule. He responded by letting me know I had already booked a demo call with Cody a few months back, (so I guess you only get one) but he could squeeze in a 15-minute call in between his other calls. Nick emailed me and said, "Cody was let go for not hitting his KPI’s but I am more than happy to set up a 15-minute call today if you now have credit above 680 or at least the cost of our Starter Program." He later emailed and said he could squeeze in a 10-minute call to go over what was already presented to me in the first call. I'd focus less on your KPIs and more on customer service. UPDATE: Tyler called me to personally apologize for how I was treated during the sales process. I really wasn't expecting this and I appreciate the personal touch. Tyler was personable and friendly.

Since joining the DFY programme as a freelance web designer, the whole team and other mentees have completely changed my perception on how to run a marketing business. Since joining, I've more than tripled my clientele, learnt all about retainers & essentially blossomed into a fully functioning marketing agency. The mindset support and encouragement you receive from being part of this network is pretty much priceless.
