Unfortunately I don't think I'll order it again. I have already used the product for a month, and unfortunately I don't think I will order it again. Frizz has increased, my hair is like a sponge, hard to the touch, without order or style. It also does not have a pleasant smell. I can say something good and that is that my hair does have more shine and it lasts cleaner and less greasy.

Great product Great product! I lost a lot of my hair after going through a stressed time in my life. My hair was thin and very scarce. I started using Moerie (shampoo, conditioner, scalp mask, and scalp spray) I notice the results almost immediately , my hair stop falling and hair was thicker and fuller. Is not at the length I wanted because I kept cutting my ends since they were damage after my thinning but everyone I know can tell the difference.

Total scam Total scam! My hair actually started falling OUT after using this crap product. Not worth the money, at all. Total crap and you can’t even get a refund for the crap product. Awful customer service and they keep calling me to ask for my review… STOP already. Your products suck!

Great customer service At first when I placed my order there was an issue where it only charged the shipping insurance, I contacted support who fixed the issue in less that 24 hrs, I was able to place the order again right away and received it in just two days!! Best customer service I’ve gotten in a long time! Excited to check out the products!

Refuse to refund lost order of $135 for… Refuse to refund lost order of $135 for a product that doesn't work. The company failed to properly update the address in my subscription. Second order went to my old house and have no way of getting to it. Contacted Moerie and they have refused to refund me for my lost package. It has been 2 months and still no results. Their customer service team is rude and dismissive.
