Horrible Horrible, unacceptable experience. False advertisement, unresolved customer complaint. They told me the hair was Remy and the hair matted into a birds nest knot of a tangle in less than 3 months+ 4 installs. These are only clips in mind you. Can you imagine if it was bundles or a unit? This hair is matting and balling up although their site boasts "one donor, 100% human, cuticle hair." They won't resolve it! If they claim their product is remy then wouldn't that mean I received an "off" product or bad batch where a simple replacement, partial refund, or any sort of resolution will do? I even offered to send the hair back to them or show them pictures for proof. Other companies have done this before and the replacement hair has lasted me 5 years. This company has simply ignored me. Anything else would be false advertisement and I plan on waging a full on war with this company for scamming me out of $400!
