Silksilky is a scam Silksilky is a scam! They do not give you the items that you ordered and have no customer service to help you solve any issues. They also refused to give my money back after sending me faulty items. Silksilky stole $300 from me. It’s been a very disappointing experience.

Cannot return from the UK Return process is horrendous. In fact, it is impossible. There is no return label as such, you need to organise shipping yourself. When in the UK, they advise to send to Germany or the US. When sending to Germany, customs holds it and asks the recipient for import duties, which they refuse and hence the package is sent back. This takes a total of 4 months which then invalidates any statutory rights you may have. AVOID 26/04/2024 Update: I sent the company an email following their response to this review and responded through Trustpilot with the order details. It has been quiet since.
