Not worth the money Not worth the money. I was thoroughly unimpressed by the quality of the hair. Imagine, I was excited to receive my hair, only to pull it out and see that the hair was already frayed and had short pieces. Not to mention the ends are so thin and overall not full luscious hair. The only highlight is I liked the color of the hair and how many pieces it comes with. I wouldn’t reorder or recommend though. I’ve tried other hair extensions that even costed less from a more popular brand and definitely like those better.

I am long time Luxy Hair customer I am long time Luxy Hair customer - 3 or even more years. Love this product - hair match my color and thickness of my own - what is very hard to find. Highly recommended. Compared to another brands - I don’t need go to hair salon and color to match my own, what is real pain (financial and some hairdressers just ruin extensions by color wrong shade).

Trish rocks! 10/10 experience I absolutely loved the option for virtual color match! It makes the process of buying extensions much easier, and to be honest, I probably wouldn't have purchased a set if I wasn't able to have a consult. Trish was AMAZING!!

Customer service ROCKS I have purchased before and loved them so much I decided to get another set well as I anxiously awaited my order it never showed up despite the tracker saying delivered (I was so let down to see they were no where to be found even though it stated delivered) knowing they said they were not liable I still decided to reach out and to my amazement they were still willing to help me as long as I got a police report (of course) which was a simple task for me to complete. Now I am just waiting for them to be reshipped per Nancy this company goes way above and beyond for their customers. Thank you Ms. Nancy you rock!!
