GBI was so skeptical initially to order… I was so skeptical initially to order an entire wig. I previously ordered bundles but not a wig. Well I must say I am glad I did. I absolutely love my wig. I got so many compliments. The hair didn’t have a smell to it like some with very little shredding. Since my first purchase I immediately ordered 2 more wigs. I received them as well and can’t express my satisfaction with all 3 purchases. Lastly, the customer service is top tier.

GBI haven’t tried the hair yet I haven’t tried the hair yet, but the shipping was very fast. I literally got my package two days after placing my order which was shocking since I didn’t pay for expedited shipping. Their prices are reasonable and the free gifts that they send with the wig are not only cute but useful. Definitely shopping again, and I can’t wait to try out the hair ❤️

GBReturn policy isn't working Return policy isn't working. Trying for over an hour now. Phone # are worthless. Just trying to request a return lable. And you get the same results nothing. I will be paying to ship your package back. And expect my full refund
