I recently bought a curly ginger wig and while there were some issues with receiving the package. Sunber wasted no time fixing the issues and then reaching out to me to make sure not only did I receive my package, but also that I was satisfied. Pssst off I ordered a wig on Dec 8… Pssst off I ordered a wig on Dec 8 still haven’t gotten my wig yet Sunber has been paid the full price of the wig. The WhatsApp system is joke got no where with that emailed they said my hair was out of stock make another choice still haven’t gotten the hair I paid for. Yet you have my money it’s now Dec 27th past the 3 to 5 business days my hair was to arrive. Well guess what if I don’t get what I paid for Facebook, Tik Tok, instagram, YouTube and any other platforms will be hearing that your hair company takes peoples money and they receive no product I work hard my money not to give it away but to receive what I paid for.
