Worst customer service & Fake Refund Policy Worst customer service. When I purchased, on my bank statement it was under a whole different name that isn't even associated with the business. There's something shady going on with the business. The templates are alright if your branding is very colorful and POP like but if you want a more professional branding, this isn't it. They offer a 30 DAY GUARENTEE Refund Policy but they do no uphold to it at all. It's been weeks now since I requested a refund and nothing. Worst customer service!
