DO NOT ORDER FROM this company LIES There was no misunderstanding, refunds can be handled in many ways. From my first complaint I was told I would get a refund. Why didn't that happen? Instead you sent me a hair piece replacement which took a long time to arrive and was no good to me. Don't take their customer service agents at their word. ALSO, I HAVE ASKED NUMEROUS TIMES FOR THE NAME, EMAIL ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER but forelegs what ever reason they ignore that request. All I wanted was my $50 odd dollars back, but they spend the money telling me to go to the bank and wasting their resources!!!!

#JuvaBunCustomerForLife I have ordered from Juva Bun 3 times. Most recent being on February 7th, 2024. I can NOT say enough about this company and their outstanding products. I have strawberry blonde hair and it is so so hard to find anything to match my color. I chose the "Reddish Blonde Long Spiral Curly Magic Ponytail Extention" I absolutely can't believe how identical it is to my real hair. That blew me away, as well as how REAL it actually looks AND feels. I literally wear it everyday because YES, I think it makes me look Sooo Pretty!! Lol My real hair is very long but VERY THIN so when I put this piece in, it gives the look of instant thickness and length! It's also so nice and shiny too. I thought when it came time for me to brush it that it would DEF shed but NOPE. Barely. And also, they send you FREE Bobby pins along with these awesome affirmation stickers which i love. I just can't say enough about this company!!! Their customer service is unmatched and the shipping time was days quicker than I was told. Such nice quality and it DOES look like its my own hair--my husband verifies that, and he is always honest. You won't regret ordering a JuvaBun product--go ahead, you'll be happy you did.

Very disappointed with the whole transaction! Very disappointed with the higher price I paid for an unnatural looking piece of rubbish! It took MANY weeks & two emails to receive it. When it finally came it was cheap looking & NOTHING like the colour I ordered! Their excuse was they can't guarantee the colour on my computer screen matches the colours they advertise! DONT buy from these crooks. I feel cheated. Too late for refund even as it took too long to get here to Australia, as I'm fairly sure it came from China! I paid $5 for one similiar previously from China which actually was better!
