I got a variety of options to choose from. I can say the prices of products were also reasonable. The customer service team was quite responsive but they could have been friendlier. All in all it was an average but satisfactory experience.

I've been buying their wigs for over a… I've been buying their wigs for over a year. I've purchased both the clear lace in a yaki and loose wave texture. I absolutely love both wigs, but the yaki texture is my favorite. I recently purchased the layered edge wig in a body wave texture. It is melted!!! I got 180 density and it's thick and gorgeous. I highly recommend this company they never disappoint me. More importantly, the customer service is very responsive and kind.

I purchased the unit I purchased the unit, a clear lace wig because I dint know how to dye the knots. I saw reviews on YouTube and thought it was pricey but it appeared beautiful. The CLEAR is misleading. You definitely are not getting a product where you dint have to dye knots. In addition to that the hair on the final is sparse especially for the pricd. I've purchased closures, paid far less and had more than in the frontal. I had to install because of a bad haircut and I had an important event to attend. I won't purchase from here again....I should have sent to the supply house.

Bob cut wig, delivery, box the wig came in My unit is beautiful and I love it. The customer service was responsive with my concerns about why my unit delivery was late. As for DHL, the delivery service, they were not responsive to my concerns of not receiving any updates, which is a disappointment. Also, the box was damaged with one corner was torn, another disappointment. Makes me wonder if they tampered with my purchase. I hope the next unit I just ordered will be provided with better service.
