Misleading promotion pictures I was reviewing XRS's site and was considering purchasing a unit but I found the pictures of the women they used to promote their units are also on another hair company's site, Her Given Hair. HGH has a video of the person installing the wig, so I'm inclined to think it's their unit and XRS stole the pictures to post on their site. I review multiple hair companies and read reviews before purchasing. It's misleading considering these are foreign companies who can evade repercussions of misleading customers about their products and will not refund or cannot guarantee customers money for faulty products. I just want to bring awareness to potential customers that the pictures of the units XRS post on their site may not actually be theirs. And to be specific it's XRS' "13x4 Afro Tight Curly Wig with Bangs 100% Human Hair Lace Front Wig [CFW86]" that was copied from Her Given Hair "Proud Of Your Coily" Unit-PSTLW03S.

Bob cut wig, delivery, box the wig came in My unit is beautiful and I love it. The customer service was responsive with my concerns about why my unit delivery was late. As for DHL, the delivery service, they were not responsive to my concerns of not receiving any updates, which is a disappointment. Also, the box was damaged with one corner was torn, another disappointment. Makes me wonder if they tampered with my purchase. I hope the next unit I just ordered will be provided with better service.

10/10 the hair 10/10 the hair, customer service, quality everything about this hair is amazing. I have ordered wigs from this company for years and the wigs last forever with hardly any shedding the delivery is always super fast and did I mention that the lace is undetectable the hair is super soft, all my curly hair lovers THIS IS THE ONE!

Not worth it! The lace matches the skin beautifully, but the quality of this lace is terrible. The lace shredds after a few months. And the hair comes in so-called layers but it's just a cheap way of making the wig, only giving half the ordered length. The hair just looks frizzy. Always loose strands all over. They send good wigs to the reviewers. I will never order again.

Fast shipping, quality HD lace Fast shipping, quality hd lace (ripples, obviously lol), hair was soft and true to length and density. my only issues, and why i didn't give it 5 stars, was that the hair had a lot of those weird little fuzzy things, in the sunlight some of the hair was almost a bright red, and when flat ironing the hair some bits burned like synthetic hair. otherwise good wig to literally throw on your head when you get it... may have to rebleach the knots though.
