Always prompt, always right I've been ordering from Men's Direct for years, and have nothing but good things to say about them... A couple times I've order items that came with a free gift of shampoo, and they've even switched free products to accommodate my hairless head.

Can't beat free shipping, especially when it's as quick as their's. I had a fairly cheap order ($35) and was not charged for shipping and handling. The website said I could expect the order to be delivered in 5-10 business days and I assumed it would be closer to the 10 side because of lack of shipping fees. My order was delivered less than 72 hours later (ordered Monday evening, delivered Thursday morning). I was pleasantly and glad I chose to order through Men's Direct.

You had me at "free shipping, no minimum order" I was looking online to replace my sisal washcloth as my local store no longer carries that item. I found the washcloth at several sites, but greatly appreciated the free shipping Men's Direct offered. What really impressed me was how fast I received my order. Amazingly fast shipping Every time I order from Men's Direct, I'm amazed at how fast my order arrives. It's usually less than a week, and that is for the standard free shipping. Some of the bigger named internet retailers could learn a little something about fast, free shipping from Men's Direct... That's no BS.

Good Price, Quality Issues I received two shaving brushes Edwin Jagger tortoise Best Badger and Parker Silvertip in Chrome. The packaging of the EJ was somewhat damaged (as tho had been returned once or twice) and I was disappointed to discover that the Parker had a dent in the mirror on the bottom of the brush. That being said, I did get a good deal and free shipping. But will think twice before ordering since I don't much care for damaged products.
