I had an avrage experiance with… I had an avrage experiance with manyethnicitie. I was able to find what I ws looking for and the site works wll. It wasn't anything exceptional but trusworthy. The navigation is intutively easy and functional. I'd say the pages provide just enough relevant information cumfortably. All in all, the site is an almost-good place to look up things. Just don't expect anything more. 8/1O

I'm a huge fan! I love the shampoo, conditioner, leave-in conditioner, detangle spray & especially the beautifully fragranced hair jelly. I have natural wavy hair that literally woke up after my first application. My curls are much more defined, smoother and even shiny. These products basically brought back elasticity after I began obtaining hair color treatments for grey, years ago. I'm a huge fan and stocked up even though it's so easy to order or purchase in selected stores. Just so I have it!

Customer Service I am writing this review because I appreciate the Customer Service that I received with my order. I was missing an item in my order, and sent a message regarding this issue. Although I never received a written response back, I was surprised to see that you just decided to respond by mail by sending me my missing item. I do appreciate that because when I didn't receive the written response, I had just resolved to accept the loss. Thank you for showing good customer service by your actions. That means alot.

Still waiting on the product Still waiting on the product. The tracking number says it hasn't been sent my way yet and it's been over a week since I've ordered this. I'm wishing I would have tried a different product if we're going to wait this long for it to arrive.

I have not received my ordered product… I have not received my ordered product yet and I ordered several weeks ago :( Nor have I received any updates about delays in shipping. That's a lot of money to have out there and not know when I'll get what I ordered!
