Amazing product!! My hair typically lies quite flat to my head, but the Hairshark brush has completely changed that. I can now backcomb the layers without it looking matted. I also LOVE the way the smoothing side brushes out curls - deffo won’t be going back to my usual brush. X

Easy to order, but they don't SHIP the product! I ordered my hairshark on Jan. 6th and while I did get an order confirmation, I have not received the product and have gotten no response to my customer service inquiries. Only upside is they haven't billed my Visa yet. I plan to cancel the order and buy one direct from Amazon--at least I know Amazon is trustworthy, which I don't feel Hairshark is. Would not recommend ordering from them.

Excellent customer service I recently had trouble receiving my hair shark back comb brush. After speaking with the customer service they were very quick to respond and get a new one sent out to me very quickly in time for Christmas. Excellent customer service from someone called Ryan.

Hair Shark The actual “smoothing part” (shark fins) we’re still plastic and hard. I bought one off of Amazon and it was bad, cheap, and you could tell it wasn’t the Real hairshark because the logo was missing too. So I ordered the actual brush off the official website. Well everything looked and felt good. Except the shark fin was still the same HARD cheap plastic. You just can’t put that through your hair.

Haven't received product Ordered over a month ago. I haven't gotten any info about my order except the original order confirmation. No tracking info and when I email regarding where my order is, I get a generic email back saying they will contact me. BS. Not one has contacted me and I am getting very impatient about this order. I will never order from them again and I will be sure to let people know how ridiculous this company is. Same company. Nice try though.
