GBUsually Usually, the minute I pick up my phone and hear the word Medicare, I hang up with no hesitation. Today was different. I had a busy day, much of which was spent on the phone doing business. I didn't want to talk on the phone. But when I picked up, I heard the most pleasant voice of the day. Their focus was on me, and what they could do for me, from the beginning. They showed a genuine heart to help me. They shared that many others like me were struggling in today's economy and seemed truly concerned! And, help they did! You don't receive great customer service too often any more. Qualify Medicare reminded me of the days when we put the customer first!
