Deceptive with their cancellation process. Really frustrated that I thought I have cancelled my membership on multiple occasion yet still receive bills. They make it extremely difficult to cancel membership. They use underhand and deceptive tactics to make you think you've cancelled when in fact you haven't. Really disappointed.

Advertise $25 a month, but the actual cost is more unless you pay all months upfront. Most of the social API companies do this. I linked my accounts then it took me back to the screen to link accounts, but tells me the accounts are linked. I've done this several times and get the same results...
