Too soon to tell Well, so far I haven't had any side effects, so that is a big plus. I was concerned about that. Hers sent me a different survey this morning, so I am kind of put off that you're sending me a different one on the same afternoon. I have only been taking your product for a couple weeks so there isn't much to report.

It's been stressful dealing with getting my order The actual medication has had a positive impact on my health last couple months. However the app, the customer service and getting the correct amount in my subscription has been a mess. Specifically I still have not received my next bottle subscription. And I was recently charged for another bottle so now I am out of pills and will be getting excessive amounts (2 bottles instead of 1). I have tried sending many messages to figure out why this is happening. The last message none of my questions were answered and I am still confused why I can't get the correct amount for the right timeframe and price. Please help me.

The lack of support and general care… The lack of support and general care that is offered is minimal. I have reached out multiple times… I have reached out. Not one time has anyone reached out to me to check in, to see how I was doing, to see how the medication was working for me. When I reported the medication wasn’t working for me, I had to ask multiple times before I finally received a response. Apparently the medications offered interact with my sleeping medication but wasn’t offered a suggestion for an alternative sleeping medication, just to refer back to my doctor. My doctor refers me to a nutrition class rather than weight loss medication, so I’m in a loop. And during this time my subscription renews and I’m stuck with more medication that isn’t working for me and again NO SUPPORT
