Great but lets shoot for the stars! When using marketo tracking links, Marketo encodes the url and it becomes a 200 workable link but when reality, it is a broken or internal link masked as an 301 redirect. It would be a great improvement if we can solve this in EOA. Check at least the redirect or 2 hops after a 301 for the link checker. Overall, everything is great other than some minor issues with rendering clients from time to time.

Email on Acid is a great tool in email… Email on Acid is a great tool in email development and has a lot of great features that help me trouble-shoot my code. I would like to see Acid improve its servers to be more responsive and be able to publish my tests in a faster fashion.

EOA Rocks! I am a freelance Email Developer, and since I purchased a monthly EOA membership, my clientele has increased by 60%. Always a relief to know what our emails… Always a relief to know what our emails look like on multiple platforms/OS. Would be great if there were suggestions on how to adjust the HTML code when the design looks different on certain OS (e.g. iphone X) though.

Very disappointing company ethics I had a free trial which I forgot to cancel and was charged $179 for. I canceled my subscription on the day I was charged and have since tried to contact the company via email, phone, Twitter and their contact form - with no response whatsoever. I obviously understand that this is my own mistake for not cancelling in time but would have expected the company to be more forthcoming - or to at least reply to any of my requests. Quite sad to see that their business relies on such shady tactics, rather than customers who actually want to use their product.
