Terrible resume service Misspelled words. Run on sentences. Education section starting at the bottom of 1st page then continues on the second. No bullet points under job descriptions, so you can’t tell when one ends and the next begins. Very poor communication. Taking hours/days to return calls even when paying extra to have it expedited. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

Absolute scam Absolute scam ! Pay attention to the negative reviews! They push the positive reviews up but it is completely false ! They took my resume and was demanding even more money for more services, and talk very fast with a foreign accent. They copy and paste your resume with multiple fonts, large spaces, grammatical errors, I requested color, no color was added, and extra pages were added with unnecessary spaces. It was a disaster. Do not use this service.

They will promise you the world and have poor delivery with some language in the resume and cover letter that would raise red flags. There are also basic grammar and formatting errors that should not happen when paying for this service. They get mean when you voice your concerns. Don't use. I suspect many of the positive reviews are fake.
