I emailed them and told them the specific problem, and they told me to load another browser and keep recording video for them when the problem was clearly stated. Going in circles for a product that doesn't work and support that is not helping. Don't bother.

Recent updates solved everything The recent updates to this video hosting have solved most of the problems seen in previous reviews.
