Poor return on investment one star: I gave this firm a lot of money to do seo and website content. Signed a one year contract 12/20. They put some effort in the first month but after that, it was one quick phone call each month by the account coordinator followed by an email with a ranking and traffic report, The account manager who sold me the 12 month plan spoke to me twice. In December 2020 and December 2021. Set up my google ad spending, but did not even monitor it for me. They will blame covid for the poor performance of my web site endeavor, but that was not the case. The company did not put in the effort or the time on my site.

I've requested multiple times that I'd like to go over my acct with someone and they say they'll be in touch to set that up, bill the CC, and then 'poof' - ghosted... That's ok, you'll call to make this happen before you get your next payment...
