Honest Review for Musicians I've been working on and off with nitreo for a few years now. I think they are a genuine and great service. Provided, you need to know how to use them. They have been very helpful for me in marketing my Instagram account for music. I have gained many lifetime fans and followers that I continue to engage with. However, it is up to you to build a genuine connection with the tools they provide. Customer support and chat features have been helpful for me. Cheers and good luck.

This is a great service This is a great service, with great support/customer service. The only thing I think could be improved is ensuring relevant followers are gained (sometimes I gain followers that aren't my target audience). I've seen consistent, fast growth, and my account has never been flagged/shut down because of Nitreo. Will keep using their services for sure.

Avoid at all costs Really bad experience. Customer service was absolutely terrible. It's a mix of automated messages and people just not even listening to what you were saying, or what the issue was. Super dated method of follow/unfollow method. Would not issue a refund, and tried to reason about something that is not part of their terms of service. Felt scammy in all honesty. Much better tools out there, not worth the headache.

Biggest fraud, Don't purchase any Plan. Biggest fraud. I already purchased the plan on the Kicksta site and I lost my all money. And "Nitreo" is the child company of Kicksta and again I lost my all money here as well. This is the biggest scam from Nitreo(Kicksta).

Essential plan user In short Nitreo works pretty well for me, but I had some issues with setting up my account. Specifically I got one login request from a strange location, but I got in touch with their support and they reassured me that it was correct. I pressed "This wasn't me" first - communication can be better there for sure so other customers don't make that mistake. After solving my connection issue everything worked great. It took a few days, if not up to a week, for me to see results.
