I ordered the starter plan but.. I ordered the starter plan, it’s been a little bit and maybe I’m missing something but no account activity has happened??

Didn't receive what I paid for. Purchased 100 likes as a trail to see if it worked. The likes started fairly quickly however I did not receive 1/2 the amount of likes I purchased. Spoke with them and they said they couldn't see my profile, however I received some of the likes so it doesn't make sense. It feels like I'm getting the run around and no action. It does feel like a scam to me. If they resolve the issue, I'll be sure to update but at this time, no resolution.
