In addition, the client management feature is quite useful! Because it is still a relatively new product on the market, there are a few features and functionalities that are missing, but we are hopeful that the narrato team will continue to improve the platform. Personally, I wish the platform had more integrations to make it a one-stop-shop. It has been really beneficial to me and our team in terms of team and customer management. We're keeping a more fluid workflow and everything is being tracked, which is excellent since we're not scrambling every time we hit a snag.
