GBPoor Customer service I was at work when I got the call so I answered n after talking to the rep for abt 3 min I asked the rep to call me back the time that I had given them bt yet it been 6days and still no call

GBThe lady I talked with The lady I talked with , Gwindolyn, was soooo precious! She made me feel confident about the services and coverages. She explained in simple English so I understood. She was very sensitive to my situation and was not pushy about anything. I really enjoyed my dealings with her and I HATE doing anything over the phone !
