Let me be clear, this isn't just SEO ranking software - the content briefs and keyword research functions allow us to be *prescriptive* in our content creation based off thought vectors and competitive ranking insights. We can see the technical updates needed in an easy-to-understand format and get those handled quickly. Moreover, we can tag critical URLs for alerts that lets us see potential impacts to on page changes before they get indexed by search engines. I will also say that my most amazing moment with SM was when I picked up the phone (with confidence) in front of my boss and my bosses' boss and asked a question of our CSM that he answered because he *knew us* and knew our SEO situation.
