Tacky and unprofessional Wanted to consider ordering personalized cards for my daughter, who is a 2020 Senior. After I didn’t reply to email within 24 hours, some creep started calling and texting. Then dismissed my inquiry as if he/she didn’t have time unless I was going to order over 50 items!! They don’t have time for the little people I assume. I agree with other comments. Person is childish, snippy, and made me feel as if he/she was being inconvenienced. Then sent laughing emojis when I said “stop texting me“. Very unprofessional

Broken motion activated sound… I ordered a motion activated sound module and that same day I received a shipping notification.. Item came in a couple days later with a broken wire. After supplying a picture of the broken unit a new one was shipped out almost immediately. Some of the best and fastest customer service I have ever had!

Margaret is the best Margaret is the best! She went out of her way to ensure that the order of video cards was produced and shipped on schedule. Cards were very high quality and were well received by the team and client. She also made herself readily available for any questions and troubleshooting despite her already busy schedule.
