GBAbsolutely terrible customer support… Absolutely terrible customer support offered by this company. When you report something is wrong, they don't believe you. They try making you tired by making you perform multiples tests instead of looking into the issue.

CHNever heard back We tried several times to get a response from sales - they just don't reply. I wonder how you can do business with them...? So I would certainly be very hesitant to do business with Toky. I would assume the support is not 1st class if you can't even reach someone from sales, whatever you try. We signed up with Cloudtalk instead and are quite happy with it so far. And hey - they respond!
