Ordered five (5) bundles of Virgin… Ordered five (5) bundles of Virgin Cambodian Raw Soft Kinky Curly (26") hair on 23 September 2022 and received on 03 October 2022. I wish I knew how to post pictures on here so that I could illustrate the *quality* [insert sarcasm] of this hair, and would be happy to do so if someone could tell me how. The hair is not thick from weft to tip. There are whole sections of the weft where the hair is perhaps 6"-8" in length then a few strands will be the stated length. Additionally, I stretched the hair slightly with low, blow dryer, heat and then wet the hair to see if the texture would revert; suffice to say that didn't happen. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of washing all 5 bundles [even though I only unraveled one] so... :( I gave this product one star because the weft is thin. Other than that, it's a HARD NO. All I can say is my bad for not coming to Trust Pilot FIRST before purchasing from this company. 😕 FYI: For some reason, TP won't let me submit the review with today's [03 October 2022] date; the date of the experience...

SCAM! SAVE YOUR MONEY! I purchased clip in hair extensions and not only were they the wrong color, they were the wrong length as well! When i tried calling the hotline number, It was answered by a woman who sounded like it was her home with no noise in the background who couldn't speak english. she told me to then text the whatsapp number to make my complaint and when i tried to they responded with "don't worry i will check later." WHAT?! how is this professional or a way to run a business. Turns out they refuse to pay return shipping even though they sent the wrong product so returning would have cost almost as much as my refund when i was not even certain they would give me my refund when they recieved it. Absolutely atrocious, never ever buy from them.. the quality was even disappointing!

I really enjoyed doing this wig. It doesn't come off, the lace is thin and easy to work with. The hair was unexpectedly thick and full. It is realistic in length and easy to manage. It didn't come off. The bleach was good! 10/10 will buy from here again!

I love the wig so much !! I love the wig so much !!! The shipping was very speedy and reliable. The hair is true to lengths and even longer than I expected. Hair is accurate just like the picture, hair is tangle free little to no shedding...very soft and easy to manage. Very natural looking hairline. Parting space is wonderful, I can make the braiding and the ponytail style as I want. Bleached and dyed, it still looks perfect . I've received a lot of compliments on it. and professional. The elastic band was sewed on perfectly and it fits on my head great. Shipping was quick and communication was great. They were very helpful with any questions I had. Brilliant customer service!
