Complete Scam The company goes by the name of "Realidge" and they take an upfront fee with an advertised number of leads per month. You will not get any leads from this company. Please save yourself from the hassle and do not trust any company that takes upfront fees or do not offer any guarantees in their contract. Regardless of what is advertised or what the salesperson tells you, they will not honor what they agreed to.

RealReff is a Scam!! Well I wrote a review before because we paid a total of $600 for leads in 10 different area codes and had not received anything after a couple of months. I later received a call from one of the owners/reps telling me they had a big system failure and they apologized and asked me to take down my negative review. They stated in return they were going to give me a few extra perks and leads. The deadline for them to send me leads was 10 days ago. Still NOTHING. Do NOT spend your money - absolute scammers!! Oh and by the way, he more or less threatened me about writing a bad review because “my contract stated I would not do so”. I’m here when you’re ready to take me to court to enforce that. STAY AWAY FROM REALREFF!!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM. Paid them $299 setup fee and never got anything. Asked for a refund and they said they closed down the company. Contacted the WY state attorney general and finally got my money returned after my complaint was filed. Also filed a complaint with NY real estate board for the qualifying broker on the business. NY did nothing.

I can't even get to the CRM as it is… I can't even get to the CRM as it is blocked for being unsafe. I had several other agents from all over the country call me for a reference just a couple weeks after I signed up. That is definitely fishy - no long term clients you can send people to! Anyway, not one single lead after 4 months. Don't do it folks!

As a busy real estate agent As a busy real estate agent, I don't have time to waste on low-quality leads.Their leads are pre-screened which saves my time and effort. I highly recommend them.
