Analysts and product managers use the tool to get a deeper understanding of the more quantitative results from web analytics. By understanding how people are navigating the site, it gives more insight into what content is useful and what content is not. Polls enable us to send questions directly to customers and quickly get answers to questions we're interested in.

We received an abusive message from… We received an abusive message from this company out of the blue. No idea why they contacted us, we had never contacted them or had any dealings with them. They sent us an unsolicited email us telling us our site was 'not very good' and we didn't know what we were doing (I can't repeat the exact langauge they used), and then proceeded to tell us they could help. A very strange and aggressive message. We actually already use a similar (and better) service to theirs. I'm not sure if one of their staff was just having a bad day and purposely trying to damage the comapny reputation, or whether this was some poorly thought out marketing strategy, either way, I'd definitely mark this as a company to avoid.
