I have been wearing GSW for over a year… I have been wearing GSW for over a year now. I like their customer service , shipping is quick and the wigs do look like pictured on the website. But there is one flaw, all of the wigs really look the same. The wig cap is the same. It is comfortable but basically all of the wigs will give you the same look. This is why I cannot give them five stars. I love their accessories, especially the shampoo and conditioner.

I watched videos and took my time… I watched videos and took my time ordering a wig. I finally did, but still am disappointed. It looks awful on me and the color not near as dark as it showed on the video. I trimmed the bangs a little so it can’t be returned so my money is wasted and I won’t be taking a chance of ordering another. Why does everyone look so perfect in the videos and the wig looks perfect the minute they put it on? No matter what I do, it looked awful and you sure could tell it was a wig, not attractive at all.

Very disappointed Very disappointed. Given that the wig comes in a USPS box and a Ziploc bag, with their popped through tag, it does not rate the stars it gets. It was ill fitting and I am an experienced wig wearer. It was thick in some spots and thin in others. I wouldn't even wear it out to get the mail. It does not resemble in any way the wig shown on their site. I had ordered from them once before and the wig was just "ok." It was very thin and I could see the wefts through the back. I thought I would give them one more shot after a 20% off sale was offered, but I wouldn't even wear this if it was offered for free. Awful. I won't take another chance ordering hoping that the "third time will be the charm." Uh, un. I'm done. What you see is not what I got.

Not a good product Compared to a human hair long topper. Human hair is visibly realistic, not too shiny, you can run your fingers thru it. the silk topper has a small undetectable comfortable cap that clips to hair. Godiva synthetic is too shiny, has a huge thick cap area that cover total top of head and is very noticeable when wearing. And you cannot run fingers thru synthetic hair. It is a bit thicker, however.

I chose GSW for my first and was very impressed (Sabrina). I have ordered others since and not all were meant for me. The return policy was wonderful. I had no trouble at all. Thankful that these affordable wigs are available! I have since purchased wigs from other companies. Usually more expensive and the quality quite comparable. I appreciate Ro and Danielle and the videos they have made for us all. Very informative, very helpful. I don't understand the less than favorable reviews. Every wig that I have purchased has been very nice. They are all a little different. Again, most are very affordable. Basic caps. If you want a different quality, you should visit a store and try on wigs from different manufacturers. I get compliments on my wigs. People cannot tell they are synthetic. When I tell them, they are surprised. Would recommend GSW to anyone wanting a nice, affordable, lovely wig!
