lead returns and profile changes are cumbersome The lead return process is VERY cumbersome. And, when they give you leads that don't meet the filters, they say, "You keep those leads to call at exdates, so you should pay for them still." They have a 15% cap on lead returns. My individual rep, Michelle, has been great. Compared to smaller guys, they have the processes setup to get you leads, get them sent systematically, and to give you options. I wish you didn't have to speak to the rep to make changes. I feel like a kid asking for permission to make a change to the account.

In two days I received 3 leads In two days I received 3 leads. All 3 were bogus. They like to get on computer and give requests for very large amounts of coverage and be very old. Ex. today a 76 yr old man wanted $500,000. Yesterday a woman age 77 (I believe) wanted $1,000,000 of coverage. This must change quickly or I don't want anymore leads.

It's painfully obvious Precise is … It's painfully obvious Precise is trying to fill quantities at the expense of any quality. Save your money and hire a telemarketer if you want to save time making calls.

The leads I am getting are in most… The leads I am getting are in most cases replaced but have to say many of these leads are bogus. Many of the leads I buy are telling me that they have never filled out anything to get quotes on insurance. I must say my rep Chelsea is amazing.

Do not buy Life leads from this company I'm sorry but this has been a big waste of my money. Because I am a new agent, this money that I spent is from my own personal bank account. Precise Leads FAILED to deliver viable leads in the Life Insurance category. The leads were rife with people who would not answer the phone which lead to eventual blocking from me calling them throughout the days and weeks. When I did get hold of people, one stated that she wanted to know how to SELL Life Insurance. Another wanted Auto insurance and when I pivoted to help him, he was already a Farmers customer with another agent! Everyone else who was able to be contacted said that they did not want any insurance and they wondered how I had gotten their number.
