CAI don't get it... UPDATE: Edvin has replied and said that he was off sick last week and they will cancel & refund. Still not sure how the targeting was so far off our ideal when our criteria were clear, but at least seems that they are great with the refund policy. May try with a new account if communication is better, but don't want to risk damaging our established account with getting the wrong followers. ORIGINAL: I don't get it. Edvin spent 30 minutes on a zoom call with me explaining how the service worked and seemed like a genuinely nice guy who knew what he was talking about. Everything he said was in line with what I know to be true of the industry from legitimate business coaches, so he's not just some random scam artist who doesn't know anything about marketing... But then after we signed up we started getting various random male follower accounts to our brick and mortar women's gym. There was Zero communication during onboarding, and he has not replied to several emails requesting more information. So clearly they are paying VAs, and he wasted the time on the call, why would they do that and then not remotely deliver the service as promised which will obviously lead to us canceling and a bunch of wasted time and money on their end? It makes no sense.

ILSadly, a bunch of unprofessionals Sadly, a bunch of unprofessionals. They charged my card TWICE after canceling my subscription. They refunded me for November right away. Then I got a new charge for December and they refuse to acknowledge it. Johnny, their only customer support, would reply to my emails and explain that I have been refunded for November (which wasn't even part of my inquiry) but totally disregarded my complaint about the December charge, $67. Basically stealing from me after almost a year of working with them. The CEO, Edvin, who contacted me to join their services at the beginning of the year, hasn't replied to any emails either. They never answer the phone, don't even try.

GBAbsolutely Scam Absolutely Scam. They've been charging us for the last 6 months without providing any of their services. They also have not been responding to any of our emails and have no contact number to call for questions/concerns. STAY AWAY.
