terrible company huge scam This company is fraud and has been reported to the federal government. They took our Money and did not deliver the product. Wire fraud, US Mail, FRAUD YOU NAME IT. Do not attempt to do any business with these folks delay is a tactic not to deliver the product. The biggest mistake i have ever made . The Jasson alias is fraud. More fake SCAMMY charges...Run from these Guys Now Premier Logo Design is trying to shake me down for money to use the logo I had them design for me. I paid for the application and attestation applications to copywrite my logo. My paperwork will be here in "40 days" is what I have been hearing for over a month. Today they texted to try to get another $150 in application fees or they will give my logo to someone else. They are threatening fines if I try to use a logo I PAID for! Scam! It's all a scam! I'll have a new logo designed before I pay these crooks another dime!!!

The company is a scam The company is a scam; I have reported it to the Federal Trade Commission. I read other reviews, and they have the game figured out and have done it to other people. They have multiple names: Premier Logo Designs, Creative Designs Agency, Amazon Logo Designs, and Alternative New York. They are all from India but adopt American names. I paid them for several services, including a pre-paid one-year web maintenance, but the poor guys cannot even update the plugins for the web page. This is how they work: • Offer a low price, asking you to pay at front to save money. • Start the project but never finish it, and ask for more money to fix the problem. • They offered other services, promising to work on the previous issue. • Once confronted, they promise they will work on the issue • When asking for the money back, they promise to do it later • Later arrives, and they terminate communication With all the money paid, they will not answer the phone, respond to emails or texts, and block me from the chat on their webpage.

This company is just scam after scam This company is just scam after scam. I asked them to make logos for my company a few years ago on the understanding I would not pay for them if I didn’t like them. They sent over the most cartoony clip art junk I could have made myself, then forced me to pay for them under the T&S. Their sales team blatantly lied to me. Then months later someone from this company called to say he was a third party affiliate that was trying to make amends with past discretions and sell me hosting services. After some questioning he revealed he actually works directly with Premier Logo Designs which at the time was Logosin30minutes or something like that. Then recently in the last few months someone named James Dean from their “legal” department called to tell me my company was infringing on one of their clients trademarks!! Yeah after some digging, I found out the other company doesn’t exist and filed no such trademark. It was a scam to scare me into buying their trademark services and this James Dean fellow is no longer with the company. I have the email chains to prove it. Just stay clear of Premier Logo Designs. It’s a scam.

THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE! Do NOT give your information to that. They are scammers and they won’t leave you alone. I have asked them to remove my contact information for 2 years now. It’s a harassment at this point.
