NLUnreliable We engaged with Wiki Counsellor to create a wiki page for our organization. First the content creation process was very long and inefficient, as draft they provided was full of errors and imprecisions, which suggested that their writers make no effort to understand the organization that they write about. Second, the page could not be published because the external URLs were not credible enough. The proposed solution was to engage with their writers that would reactify it. They say they offer 100% money back guarantee, but once we requested a refund, they ignore it and keep promising that the issue will be solved soon. Waste of time.

GBAs you must ha/ve heared the importance… As you must ha/ve heared the importance of research. So this time I conduced a proper research because I was already scammed by another company. Wikicounsellor very well dealt with me and provided an absolute amazing project.

CAWIKICOUNSELLOR.com SCAM fraudulent experts, ‘mr. Smith’ and others. Unauthorized charges i completes projects starting 2020 and still incomplete by 2022 feb/march and ongoing. Hired wiki counsellors early 2020, by 2022 (today is 23 Feb) they have still left my business incomplete, several thousands of dollars, waiting until i confirm a package and then upselling another package moments later after promising not to. I already have a Wikipedia account, one of the three projects they were paid for was to edit this account. They still have not. The second and third job haven’t even been attempted. They go Mia for 3 weeks to 3 months at a time. ‘Suddenly’ they change emails and phone numbers and ask repeat questions they already have the answers to, they apologized and the cycle repeats until you give up. They offer enough hope so you wont call fraud, but be careful - because then they charged a random 900+ dollars unauthorized in USD. I found their wikicounsellor.com website, their bogus facebook and wiki - no one follows them except a choice few who THEY SCAMMED, then they (wikicounsellor) follow one person only, Elon Musk. They claim to be out of NYC, but they hold business numbers in texas, their twitter posts canadian websites and claims to live in LA Through and through this company is a complete scam. I kept all communication, all credentials, texts, emails, and voice memos/phone calls. I will share and continue reporting this fraudulent company until there are reparations (mike smith, justin smith, Steven smith, the names go on and on, they have kiwi and or Australian accents, refuse to answer where they’re from or prove who they are and gave a fake work address) Less importantly they’re not part of the BBB

GBThis has been a terrible experience This has been a terrible experience. From paying £380 in February, up to now I've been kicked into the long grass by what I can only describe as an AI E-Mail response. It's been truly horrible. They've lied about what they can deliver, and after 6 months of back and forth I'm told that 'I need to have more content created' and that 'you can pay companies to do this for you' in order to get a Wikipedia article published. Don't use this company. It's an outright scam.
