DON'T BOTHER TRYING DON'T BOTHER TRYING. Later does not offer anything exclusive or special-and their integration had so many glitches that it disconnected or had trouble connecting my social assets. I decided to stop the service as I haven't used it for like 3 months and I was able to do exactly the same things with meta for FREE. Oh, and they have the most ridiculous refund policy as others mentioned. so be aware!

Not recommended Easy to use, great user design (user friendly) but nothing special. If I can assign 0 star, I would. Lacking creativity: ▪️Basic filters. ▪️ Doesn't allow for better design of post. ▪️ Doesn't offer formatted design since they talk about consistency in design. Limited capability ▪️ No multiple page post. So limited and practically useless - totally forgot that I've subscribed to them. Slow Customer service/ Bad company management ▪️ Took money out of my account without billing or notifying me first. Unprofessional. Wix, Adobe and WordPress notifies me first before charging.

Customer Service is non existent I had my bank card changed due to fraud and later still managed to take a payment from the new one the day it went live. I immediately asked for it to be cancelled since I’m quite sensitive to account fraud now and they refused & came across very dodgy. I asked for some follow up customer service and you just get pre written phrases, and absolutely zero actual help. Don’t bother with later-there are much better services out there that offer actual customer service & have much less aggressive terms. The service itself is average and has been overtaken by others. For the Later customer service team response: if you’d like me to change my review, refund the unused month you’ve stolen from my account.

An obsolete tool An obsolete tool. You are better of using native scheduling tools within the social media platform. There is not a one-size-fits-all solution for the current trend of social media. You need to treat each platform differently to optimize for growth. Facebook and Instagram also favors native posts over those posted via third-party scheduling tools.

It doesn't work They only care about money. Worst app to programme your social media posts. It used to be good few years ago but now it doesn't even work well. It's supposed to make your work easier, but it just gives you headaches because you need to solve problems everytime you use Later. The conexion to social media platforms expires every day or every few hours, you can't log in because the access doesn't work, or any other of the dozens reasons of why the platform can't do the job you're paying them monthly for. It's not even like it's cheap either. If you're going to be a pricey platform, at least do the work you're charging for. It's just frustrating to use and I wish it was better and it actually worked.
