Still waiting... I placed an order in the beginning of May for two free-standing touchless hand sanitizer dispensers and cartridge refills. The refills came in about 5 weeks (acceptable given the timing with Covid outbreak). But the units came in pieces at a time. I had to email each time an incomplete shipment was received asking for the rest of the order. First the shell, then the motor, now I’m waiting on the poles and bases. It’s been 3 months. It’s not a production issue - the manufacturing date is on the box. These shells were made 8/12/2015.

I called to place on order for product that was in stock and once the order was placed and paid for was notified about a delay. it has been 2 months and still no product and cannot get a response from the company. I cant figure out if the company is a scam or just poor customer service.
