First send an email to their customer support asking for your PII to be removed, stating of course that you didn't provide them any consent. If after a month you didn't receive any response from them or your profile is still active and visible on a Web search, start a formal complaint with the ICO.

Early customer training on the platform is very useful and customer services quick to respond. Highly recommended.

Signed up for this and found it was not… Signed up for this and found it was not suitable for what I needed. I paid $53 for this and promptly unsubscribed once I realised the features did not fit my needs. I did not use it, asked for a refund (even a partial one) and was refused. Very poor customer service. Avoid if at all possible.
