GBSolid Experience! So far, I am very much enjoying the experience with Contractor Appointments. Sean, my rep is very responsive and helpful. I've had a couple of leads that we're poor (no shows) but Sean quickly remedies the issue. Most leads are strong. I've landed 25-30% of appointments for a positive return on this investment.

GBOver all I am happy with the service… Over all I am happy with the service and will continue to use it . My issues concerning the service are the following : Some of the leads are scheduled for the next day and it is very difficult at times to work that out because of our schedules. When this occurs and we can't reach the customer to reschedule we sometimes lose that lead . Secondly , Not being proficient with the dashboard system you use, I never know if I'm being credited when I believe It is appropriate . I email Sean and rarely get a response .

GBContractor Appointments is hands down… Contractor Appointments is hands down our best lead generation service we use. The fact that they set and confirm the appointments saves us a ton of money on overhead. The appointments sit at 94% and 44% of them has turned into sales. Not to mention lead cost to presentation is 68% cheaper than online lead providers. If I could give them more then 5 stars I would. GBQuite a few no show appointments Quite a few no show appointments. We have explained multiple times not to set appointments with mobile homes. The percentage of qualified leads vs paid for leads are very low. Our future business w/Contractor Appointments will most likely be terminated.

GBPricey but worth the cost I am a small business replacement window company. I have spent so much money in other lead aggregates, So when i found Contractor Appointments and heard of the refund and appointment policy, I was all in. You may not get a lot of leads from this company, but the leads you get are awesome verified customers! I am also not one to write reviews, but this company has yet to disappoint me, so here we are.
