Terrible DO NOT Order here, afther several e-mails, we resieved the wrong wig, it was the wrong color, model and size. Afther dropping a cleam at the creditcard company we resieved our money back.

Unreliable and non-communicative; I ordered 2 wigs on December 5, 2013 [Order Number 11152] and paid through PayPal December 5, 2013. As of today, February 13, 2014, I have STILL NOT received my product. I have sent them 6 emails and have left them 6 detailed voicemail messages and NO ONE has ever responded. I was hoping to not to have to cancel my order but they have left me with no other alternative. A very terrible way to run a business. No customer service at all.
