I was communicating with them about a refund about the trashy wigs they sent me...I returned the no good wigs and attempted to email them and they have blocked me from emailing them. This isn't the end for sure....reporting them and giving bad reviews about this company wherever I can

Haven't received money yet but it has only been recent. Dont know who you talked to if you tried getting a refund but Ms Lin is a FRAUD Tried to play me by saying if I send everything back they would refund my shipping expenses and my money! NOT!!! The worst produce ever purchased!!! The worst produce ever purchased!!! Product took 2 1/2 months to arrive. Product quality below subpar. Wigs were dried out, bushy, and falling apart. Nothing like advertsed. Customer service emailed stating "they will only refund half the money because it wasn't their fault product came internationally." This company needs to take ownership for false advertising as well as poor customer service. Still waiting on my refund.
